Due to the nature of our products once the formula leave our warehouse we do not accept returns. Even the unopened boxes won't be returned and restocked. This is to provide security to our customers in terms of authenticity of the product and proper handling and storage.

      Damaged Product:

      All orders are checked before being packaged and shipped to our valued customers. Unfortunately, damages sometimes occur during transit.

      If you receive a damaged shipment, please contact us immediately. Include your order number along with photos of the damaged item(s) and the exterior of the shipping box that your order arrived in.

      Exchanges (if applicable)
      We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with pictures of damaged product at organikbabyco@gmail.com and we will provide you the shipping address for return of damaged goods.
