Kendamum Pregnancy Supplement Shake

Kendamum metods of preparation:

• Preparation in a shaker:
• Pour 200 ml of water into the shaker.
• Add 3-4 heaped teaspoons (57 g) of Kendamum powder.
• Close the shaker and shake it vigorously.
• Preparation in a glass:
• Pour 3-4 heaped teaspoons (57 g) of Kendamum powder into a glass.
• Add 100 ml of water and mix until thick.
• Add another 100 ml of water and mix thoroughly.

Use within 4 weeks of opening. Always use according to preparation and storage instructions.
